At Mandalascrubs, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit for your demanding workday with zero stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
